Concasa manages critical industrial and logistics infrastructure, where continuous monitoring of cranes, lighting towers, and operational areas is essential to ensure safety, efficiency, and real-time control. They needed to modernize their video surveillance system with a robust network that would allow them to view, operate, and record images from multiple points distributed across hard-to-reach environments.
The goal was to enable a unified system that integrated IP cameras, 4G communication, and centralized viewing within their own operating software.
Challenge
Design and install a complete CCTV solution integrated with a local 4G network, capable of providing real-time video from cranes and lighting towers located in large industrial areas.
The infrastructure had to guarantee transmission stability, ease of integration, and unified operation within the management system already used by Concasa.
Problem

Solution
How we do it?
Surcontrol designed and implemented a complete industrial CCTV system combined with a private 4G local network to ensure stable transmission, native integration, and continuous monitoring.
- Camera installation on cranes and towers: High-durability IP cameras installed at strategic points, capable of operating at height and under demanding environmental conditions.
- Dedicated private 4G network: Deployment of a private 4G infrastructure enabling stable video transmission from any crane or tower, without the need for additional cabling.
- Full integration: Video streams and events were integrated directly into CONCASA’s proprietary software, unifying operations and simplifying daily management.
